A Few Things To Note
If you have booked a 3rd party voucher, you are now committed to an experience with us within the expiry of your voucher. Payments/Vouchers are non refundable and vouchers must be presented on the day.
As per our membership and guest rules, please note that glass including mobile phones are prohibited on poolside. If users are found to be in breach of this rule, they will be asked to leave the club without a refund. If you are found to have taken glass on poolside and it has resulted in a pool closure this will result in a £1000 fine being imposed.
We operate a 48-hour amendment policy. Please ensure all changes are made no later than 48 hours prior to the date of attendance. Where we allow you to cancel without moving your booking to a future date, your payment will be retained on a voucher to be used towards a future booking and is non-refundable.
For your convenience and to ensure things run smoothly at your appointment, each attendee will need to complete a Pre-Treatment Questionnaire, which will be emailed to you a few days prior to your appointment as some treatments are dependent on medical conditions & allergies.
