Member Carer’s Policy
Member and Day Members Carer Policy
A member or day pass visitor who requires assistance to attend the club may bring a designated carer with them at no additional cost.
The carer must sign a carers policy which lists the full T&C's and sign in and out at reception during each visit.
The carer is responsible for assisting the member at all times and must remain with them at all times. For example, if the member is swimming, the carer must be in the pool with them providing the appropriate supervision based on the individuals needs.
If the member is using gym equipment, participating in a one-to-one training session or attending a class, the carer must remain nearby, actively assisting and supervising the member throughout. The carer may provide additional demonstration during classes but are not permitted to participate.
The carer is not permitted to use the gym equipment or member exclusive facilities, except for the cafe bar and washrooms whilst accompanying the member.
